Onsite Computer System Service

  • No shipping, no packing up your system- We come to you.
  • There is no travel time charge if you are less than 25 miles from us (Pleasant Grove) and we perform work on your PC.
  • Business hours are from 9:00a.m. to 8:00 p.m. M-F and 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Sat. (Sundays by appointment).
  • No extra charges for Saturdays and weekends.

Payment & Billing Terms

  • We will secure parts for you at our hourly rate, plus the cost of the parts.
  • C.O.D. upon completion of each day's work.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Business and Personal Checks, Cashier's Check, PayPal.
  • Other payment options may be available, if approved in writing in advance.
  • $30 returned check charge is added for all returned checks.
  • $30 late payment charge for not paying in full C.O.D.
  • $30 diagnostic fee will be charged if your problem cannot be solved
  • Payment must be collected within 30 days. If not, interest will be charged at a rate of 1.8% or the maximum allowed by law.
  • All legal and collection costs will be added until we are paid in full.
